Glenn Cohen

Former Mossad officer and Chief Psychologist.
Glenn Cohen’s unparalled background includes over 30 years of diverse service and outstanding achievement. As an Israel Air Force pilot, Mossad officer, hostage negotiator, special forces psychologist, and ultra-ironman athlete, Glenn honed his expertise in unlocking elite performance. During his tenure as Chief of Psychology in the Mossad, he pioneered the renowned E.L.I.T.E. method for peak performance, training thousands of Israel’s most elite operatives and commanders, equipping them with resilience and fostering effective teamwork. Since retiring with the equivalent rank of Colonel, Glenn has received clearance to share his remarkable story and this transformative methodology with leading organizations worldwide, empowering hundreds of individuals and teams to achieve unprecedented success.
